Is your shop in Italy?
yes we are very Italian, and all the items on our shop are in our hands and present in our vintage market in Nettuno RM
Are all your products used?
Yes, the vast majority of our pieces are vintage but checked, washed and sanitized at very high temperatures!
Being vintage, are your products very damaged?
No, on our part there is strict control over any damage but when you buy garments that have their own story to tell behind them, the speck, hole and wear certainly give them that extra edge.
- Is the satisfied or refunded formula valid for you? -
it is certainly your right to change your mind about a product after receiving it, read the policies on the "Returns and refunds" page for more information
- How do I know where is my package? -
Once your order has been processed you will be provided with a tracking number and you will have complete control of your order via our tracking page at the bottom of the page.
- What happens if my package is delayed or lost? -
All our shipments and deliveries are covered by insurance and you will certainly not lose out
- are the photos I see on the site real? -
Of course, all the items in our shop are photographed in real life directly by us
- Can I cancel the order once placed? -
certainly you can do it in the first 3 working hours from the confirmation
I placed an order a few days ago but I have to leave for the holidays, how should I behave?
as we always reiterate, once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled, and once they have been processed, we cannot change the delivery address, the times are mandatory and cannot be changed according to your needs, this is because there are procedures to be respected from the order to non-changeable delivery, if you should find yourself in similar situations you can leave quietly because if not delivered your order will be held at the post office in your area, where you can collect it on your return, or just delegate a neighbor or relative to collect it, leave a notice on the intercom for the bellman.

we accept any credit card that you can use directly on our shop it's easy and works only with certified and safe banks
- Can the items I find in your shop also buy in your stores?
